About
I’m an experienced equine dental technician based in Leicestershire, covering Leicestershire, Rutland, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire, with further travel available for larger groups of horses.
I work with horses, ponies and donkeys of all ages and disciplines, from family and leisure horses to competition horses and youngsters. I take a calm, patient and individual approach, particularly enjoying working with young, nervous or apprehensive horses. I believe in taking the time to understand each horse and explaining findings and treatment clearly to owners.
I’m Cat 1 & 2 qualified and a full member of WWAED. I’m currently completing my LANTRA Bit & Bridle Fitting qualification, having developed a particular interest in oral trauma associated with bit and bridle fit.
I work closely with owners vets, and regularly work with dental specialist vet, continually developing my knowledge and experience.
I’m passionate about working with an equine rescue charity, helping neglected horses on their journey back to health. I find it equally rewarding following the progress of all my clients, from the youngsters first dental check, to competition horses, and the older horses needing a more sympathetic approach.
My aim is to provide thorough, compassionate dental care tailored to every individual horse.
